What is the timing you would recommend for servicing perimeter foundation drains? Year 12-15? Or?

perimeter drainage once a year could let it go for 1.5 year. we recommend once year. Storm sump - every 3-5 years. Thank you.

yes. Safe to get it chcked and do it 18 mths or so after In our exp we have had same calls on newer systems and older systems. Thx
