Actually, you don't change the CName, you need to log into your domain management tool and change the DNS.

You can't do that it must be done by the person who administers the server where your site is hosted or your registrar

No, you should have the user/password to your domain name & it will be in that admin interface to change it. I do this for a living, if you need help dm me your contact info.

Try your cPanel. It might be called DNS records or something.
