Gagia is fantastic & best - but takes time! The magimix is great and a very close 2nd. These 2 are best machines I've had :)

also have you tried @extractcoffee? roasted in Bristol, awesome coffee and you can't get fresher they do mail order

Oh pods only :( We've had both types of machine & pods are definitely and consistently best if you find the right one.....

Don't get a bean to cup Gaggia - they break as they can't cope with English water! (and are crazily expensive!)
