What are the chances of moving the system & applications dirs in #codeigniter to be under the webroot by default? @philsturgeon @ericlbarnes

@philsturgeon Just move them where you want and change the path in index. Outside web root is more secure.

it's different for Fuel, because it's brand new and we can tell people "how it is". This change would be pointless & problematic.
