depends on how big you want it. if it's just a link to the PDF, you could do a screenshot of the open PDF.

Try this: Open the PDF and choose File->Export->Image->jpeg. Then you can upload the jpeg file as a photo on your blog.

You have to convert the PDF to a JPEG. The easiest way is if you have Paint. Cut and paste into Paint.

the only way u can have a pdf show like an image is if u use an iframe, or if you turn the pdf into a actual jpg or png image

On Mac: CMD-Shift-4, select the area you want, & presto! an image is saved on your desktop. On a PC: Alt-Prt Scrn, then paste.
