Can't speak for the Klout algorithms. We've got a function at Replyz that extracts the topics most indicative of a person's tweets, and what it found for your top 10 are: email address, ipad 3, customer service, quora, outlook, ipad apps, mailbox, september 23rd, ipad app and reminders. http://replyz.com/impersonate/submit_screen_name?screen_name=techniclee&commit=Go

Cool. I think they're overthinking the problem. Discovering representative interests isn't really that hard. I'm sure that when you layer in the "influence" score it gets trickier. But if it were me, I'd nail down the topics first.
