Having done Software QA... I've come across a couple... my personal fav. was Team Foundation Server (TFS).

No problem! We run it at @soniccatstudios & love it. Even supports submitting / updating tickets via email.

Having done Software QA... I've come across a couple... my personal fav. was Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Have a look at Pivotal or Tender.

pivotal, fogbugz, helpspot, bugzilla, JIRA, MantisBT, roughly in order of how much I like them.
