if I want to create a sequence within a spreadsheet how do I do that.. like for ex. creating a number list?

You mean like 1, 2, 3, 4, etc without having to type them all out?

type 1 in the first cell, type 2 in the cell below. Highlight both cells and drag the little box on the bottom right.
