yes and yes. Fell from a roof last year December. And a week before that, significant automobile accident.

I never took any of the Rx bc my issue was i knocked a bit of my ear's anatomy loose and it was giving me bad vertigo

if he has eye, ear fluid pressure, or brain stuff going on from the car accident/fall he should head to the dr
