Does anyone know of a company or software that will track and analyze number of fb fan page comments vs. how many new fans they get?

I'm not sure that there's a tracker that does that, but as a page administrator, you get an email telling you that every week.

doesn't FB Insights do that? I get a weekly email that reports weekly activity, and they have graphs etc directly on FB

To me, it's not number, but quality of posts. You only gain fans if people search for you or your info is shared by their friends.
