When I run above a certain pace I get phlegm on chest and I have to keep coughing to clear it. How do I prevent this… and am I going to die?

have you always had this or just since cold set in? I had a chest infection which caused that- might need antibiotics

No, noticed it before. Could be the tail end of cold, but usually don't suffer on gentle runs... just when pushing myself?

I wouldn't usually endorse antibiotics but they were the only things that worked to clear it for me...

happens to me too, usually clears up after a few hacks & heweys. Don't know the cause of it & I don't worry too much.

everyone freaks out, but that's most likely the cause if you don't have a cold.
