Why does everyone in Skyrim keep telling me I look sick?
Even when you're not, right?!? It's annoying.
I had the same thing happen to me. I literally thought everyone was racist against my Khajiit character.
your sickness is listed under Magic: Active Effects.

Last time I saw someone ask that question, they had Brain Fever and didn't know it.
In the game, of course. You personally don't have Brain Fever... or do you?
You have a disease. Go to a temple or hall of the dead and worship at the altar. Also the statue by the Talos guy in White Run.

Maybe you have an illness. go to magic > effects to see
I assume you are playing a dark elf, which compared to most of the human Skyrim population, does look sickly.
you have a disease. It confused the fuck out of me for ages
Because you're sick. Go to a shrine to one of the divines.
check your active effects. You're probably diseased
The simplest way to fix said status effect is to "Use" an altar at any Temple. There's one behind the crazy guy in Whiterun.
check magic -> effects, you're probably diseased.
You probably caught a disease that is having an effect on you. You should visit a shrine and get a blessing to remove it.
sometimes it's because you have a disease, use a cure disease potion or go to a shrine.
If it's the alchemist in White Run I think she's just pushing her Cure Diseases. Gotta hate those snakeoil salesmen

Or use a remove disease potion.
have you been sleeping in game? You may be fatigued.
used to be I only got that as a vampire. Best is Bandit Chief inquiring on my health after he RUNS ME THROUGH. Sheesh.
They told me that forever, too. I used a cure disease as I figured I must've missed the notification and it stopped.
San Francisco, CA

Probably at home or work
One would think that but I think my game is broken as Ive never had an active disease on a character when comment's been made
Animals are generally the culprit. >_< I don't think it always tells you when they infect you.
Probably at home or work
Interesting, well thanks, now if I could only figure out why I can't fast travel (constant pursuit of non-existent guards)
Maybe try getting a horse? Ride away from wherever you are until there's nothing red on the radar/compass and then travel.
Probably at home or work
The only way i've been able to travel is walking to a city and taking the carriage, then if I try again, I still can't
cuz u prolly havnt slept in awhile. U need to find a bed in the game and sleep.
Make sure to sleep and eat! #skyrim
others have probably answered this by now but if you fought a vampire recently, chances are you're becoming one. Cure disease!
Right?! Someone told my Redguard he looked pale.
