unfortunatly it does babe, not that much tho! only prob hury me because i was trying to ride a horse the same day lol xx

Mine didn't hurt tbh. The trick is, don't tense your arm cause my mate did and it was really sore for ages after. xx

i was the first year to have them and yeah they do hurt the day after, but they dont hurt for long :]
