depends - if you have a visual studio sln then you can use that - otherwise you would have to write custom cmd file

if it's a standard Visual Studio C++ project in VS 2010 - then it's all just standard MSBuild

pain points come depending on your testing framework - if you're using Boost then you need to include a TeamCity library ....
