bootstrap 2 is going to be responsive... launching 1/31. That may be more than just a framework though.

there is no right answer to that … I favor the semantic grid system using LESS, it has a SASS version too.

I prefer SASS - but not my clients and work client's servers don't have SASS. Don't always work locally either.

@arlton We only use LESS now, so amazing. I like doing responsive by hand.

@arlton by hand or framework makes no difference as long as you know how it works. Frameworks cut out the redundancy

@brewern I really don't like SCSS. SASS is so much better. I've just heard so much talk about LESS, it just makes sense.
