& not supposed to use section for styling. And using 'article' for anything that would be syndicated. Seems verbose & pointless

I guess its a solution for the abuse of the div tag for styling due to css's shortcomings

Other than supporting screen scrapers (which would be much better served with apis) I also fail to see the real world value
