I'm working on a long term web project involving moveable/scalable video frames. Can anyone help? Or know anyone who might be able to?

there are a number of responsive video JS plugins, and the "Object" tag will accept things like "width: 100%".

interesting. But i need videos to act as window panes within the browser. resizable + scalable by the user of the website. Ideas?

There will almost certainly be a Jquery plugin for that, search "draggable divs" "resizable divs" etc.
