How do you guys manage multiple windows of the same application in OS X? Clicking the app icon in the dock doesn't show me all windows.

the old "expose" feature now shows all the windows from a single app. On the trackpad is three fingers swipe down to use it ;)

command-tilde. or you can do a trackpad gesture for app windows only (four finger swipe down for me)

You can right-click the app, which will list the windows that are open. Also, you can check out HyperDock - which makes the dock act kind of like Windows 7
