How do I sync my iTunes on to my iPad?

when i plug it in it just comes up asking if i want to import pictures and videos or view files? Help me pleaseeee

mine never did that :s which one do you have? Does iTunes not recognise it as a device in the same was as an iPod?

I have the new one. Nope, like its not connecting with itunes at all..

your iTunes might be out of date so it wont know to recognise an iPad. If you havent updated iTunes in a while that could be why

like it'll need to be the newest iTunes to see the iPad 3.

Aw that'll be it then, my itunes does say the new version is ready but i feel i need to back up all my music first just incase..

when you update it it backs up your music. Kein problem. :)
