#bfcafe Can someone address whether or not we REALLY need to give BF babies vitamin supplements?I was told they need xtra iron &Vit D?

Iron, no-- not for a full-term baby. Vitamin D-- yes. The normal source is the sun & not a safe source anymore. #bfcafe
