It didn't start until I bought my domain last summer. Which means it's almost certainly 100% my fault.

I had problems with it, too and had to "unban" my web name from their site. Don't know how I got banned to begin with!

I just went on their website this morning. Just log-in and click "unban" under the member/account pull-down bar.
