not sure there's a way to do that other than rendering out the whole thing, turn off all fx & apply simple textures for fast renders

Hi Daz, you need to go to the Multipass options in the render settings, there you can select individual passes for output.

Go into Multipass Options . You'll see a wing menu for Channels, select the channels in here that you want to output. Depth @ bottom

If you're using AE, Select 'Compositing Project File' & swictch off "Save Image"
