What is the difference between saying that 'covenant' is the framework of Scripture vs. saying that 'kingdom' is the framework of Scripture?

nothing definitive, but: the cov. is for the sake of the kingdom; you enter into cov. to enter into the kingdom, which is broader.

Quite a bit. It depends on how you are defining each term. What the early BIbTheos thought of 'covenant' is different than us.
