Does anyone have a super delicious recipe that would utilize the leftover 5 pounds of ham and the hambone I have?

we used to make ham and green noodle (spinach noodle) casserole. And hash with poached eggs. And lots of sandwiches.

I know, all ham recipes seem to be the same. Last one I did was ham fried rice, which turned out well and was a nice change.
