That overhead camera really does show just how biased the put-in is in the modern scrum. What does the hooker actually do in the scrum now?

Being as the US is a major supplier of military aid to Egypt and a major ally, yes. If the US withdraw backing it's a big deal!

True, but it's all about positioning and subtext right now. Diplomacy rather than showy posturing or threats of force.
