Love! Addictive. Olive oil spritz, Parmesan, spices or nut yeast 350/15-20 min or so in oven or dehydrator for 1/2 a day. #wls

Sometimes they will mix stuff up for you in store but don't usually have sample sizes. They have a good return policy though. #wls

I was really dry, flaky for a few months (lack of fats) added salmon, olive oil, nut butters back in diet & went away. #wls

I believe they do. I use it occasionally in place of honey... drizzled on Burrata cheese. I prefer SF Torani b/c = no cals. #wls
