Bahhhh. I'm simply trying to install an update, and it's saying the file is "improperly signed." sigh how can I fix this?

Can anyone tell me why after I reset my braillenote, it did a memory scan and then downgraded itself from keysoft version 10 to v. 9.1.0?

There is a weird thing with that. Just save as, save the message, then try opening attachment from text edit.
