Well it depends. You can make videos with a digital camera or a webcam or if you want to record your desktop you'll need a desktop recorder which you can search up on youtube.

Go under Video manager By clicking on your youtube name to expand down a list of options.In that list click video manager.This will take you to your uploads.Once there click on the video you don't want anymore. By checking off the little box to the left once the video is checked off. Click the word that says actions you should see the word Delete click that and click yes on prompts.No more video.

Go to Your Channel's page and click on feed,Where it says post to feed,That's the new bulletin. Just post what ever is you want then hit post. Should say Your channels name posted a bulletin.

Okay log in to your account,Click your User name click on Video Manager,Now please select the video That your having this problem with and click edit video.Scroll all the way down till you see syndication pick the first option,Scroll back up and save the changes. Will not work if there's any copyright.

Your best bet for that would be Helpful instructional tutorials,Then submit them to forums,reddit sites like that will make it spread.But really you can make videos on anything you want you just have to spread them across the net.
