Research low GI foods and try and get some foods that are high in protein into every meal.

Eat a balanced diet including slow burn carbs: brown rice, wheel pasta, granary bread etc visit my website and work out your energy expenditure, reduce this by 500kcal devise a meal plan and do some light, enjoyable exercise, simples!
